It also helps to send clients a follow up email with a link to your Google+ page, so they can leave a review from their home computer as well.

And speaking of reviews, not only can you put a review feed on Facebook, it is an excellent place to connect with your clients, their friends, and family. You can:

Your existing clients are one of the greatest marketing tools you have at your disposal. Make them happy, then give them an easy way to refer, and they will bring more prospective clients to your door.
